A 39-year-old male patient, Mr. A. S. R. S. (PIN: 51853) came to Life Force Homeopathy’s Aundh clinic for the treatment of Urticaria. He has been suffering from the skin condition for the last 9 months, and he started Life Force’s treatment on 29th June 2023. He presented with a crop of multiple lesions of hives with redness, itching, burning, sweating, and raised body temperature. He used to suffer from 3 to 4 episodes daily that would last for up to 4 hours on average. His complaints worsened with cold exposure, at midnight, & in the morning. He has been taking Antihistamines once in 3 to 4 days in the last 3 months.
Physical Generals
The patient was a vegetarian and had an average appetite. He had no specific food preferences or aversions. The patient had an average thirst and he would drink 1.5 liters of water a day. He used to consume alcohol occasionally for the last 5 years & was smoking too. He would perspire a lot. He was not comfortable with extremes of temperature. The patient had no digestive or urinary issues. He had an average physique. The patient enjoyed a sound sleep.
Psychological Make-Up
The patient enjoyed a happy life and was well-settled. He was extroverted and would mix easily. He had a good friend circle and liked socializing, swimming, football, cricket, badminton, and playing all types of sports. He was calm, and quiet, won’t express anger, and would desire company.
His family history revealed skin complaints in the background.

Follow-Ups
At the first follow-up on 12th August 2023, he experienced about 50% relief in the severity. The frequency of urticaria had reduced from 3 to 4 times a day to once in 3 to 4 days. Also, the duration of episodes was reduced from 3 to 4 hours per episode to 1.5 to 2 hours. The dependency on antihistamines had reduced to once a week from once in 3 to 4 days.
