A 14-year-old boy from Navi Mumbai, Mast. D.W.D (PIN: 44036) was suffering from Atopic Dermatitis on the arms, legs, chest, back, and abdomen since 5 years. He visited Life Force’s clinic with dry, itchy skin, roughness, burning, and bleeding after scratching. He was suffering from frequent cold with a runny nose, sneezing, throat irritation, and lachrymation.

Physical Generals

The patient had an average appetite. He had a specific desire for sweets, and his thirst had decreased. The patient’s sleep was good and refreshing. He was an underweight kid since childhood and was born prematurely in the 8th month.

Psychological and Family Make-Up

The child was an 8th Std. student. His father was into some private food business. His mother was working in LIC. He had a 17-year-old elder brother.

The patient had a history of epilepsy during childhood. As per his family’s medical history, his grandfather had diabetes.

At Life Force

Follow-Ups

On 23rd February 2021, the patient’s parents reported that the skin patches were as it is. There was a 5% change in the lesion. Also, no new lesions were noticed on the skin.
