He was suffering from GERD since birth. He suffered from regurgitation of food immediately after eating food. He used to suffer from discomfort due to the cough while eating. He could not drink liquids like water and milk. He suffered from the discomfort of a chronic cough and breathlessness for which he was hospitalized and it was diagnosed as bronchiolitis, on further investigation, it was diagnosed as GERD which has lead to bronchiolitis. On investigation like Barium swallow showed - GERD (Grade -3)

He had a good appetite. He liked sweets. He had profuse perspiration on the forehead and occipital region.

His mother was suffering from an underactive thyroid. His maternal grandfather had suffered from a heart problem and maternal grandmother suffered from rheumatoid arthritis.

He was admitted to hospital for bronchiolitis one month before.He was quite playful. He always wanted someone next to him.Dr. Shah studied his case in detail and prescribed Antimonium Tartaricum 30.
