Responsibilities:
To be Overall responsible for driving the HR Payroll, Operations, Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment process. Starting from placing ads in job portal, Social media like LinkedIn, Facebook
- Responsible for screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, coordinating with interview panel, negotiating salary offers
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Taking care of induction, orientation process, exit formalities
- Coordinate with bank for Salary account opening
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Rolling out of Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, increment letter, Experience letter, Relieving letter
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Leave records, incentive management.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
- Manage the monthly payroll process.
- Process PF withdrawal, PF transfer.
- Liasoning with PF consultant
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Manage employees’ queries and grievances.
- Overall management of attendance and access control, CCTV monitoring
- Plan and Execute employee engagement activities for employees.

Skills:
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive in Healthcare Industry
- Good knowledge of Statutory Compliance
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative.
- The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
