B. visited Santacruz (West) of Life Force on 12th March 2022 with complaints of acidity since 1982. Severe acidity and chronic gastric headaches affected her once a month and would last for 24 hours till medicines are taken (antacids and painkillers). She used to experience pain in the cerebral region and the entire scalp when acidity would occur.
Gastric headaches were well-marked symptoms. The heaviness of the abdomen and stomach with acidity resulted in gastric headaches during the attack. She used to feel bloated with retrosternal burning and discomfort. She had no nausea, no vomiting, and no eructations. Her appetite was normal.
At Life Force
At Life Force Homeopathy, a detailed case-taking was done. Dr. Rajesh Shah prescribed medication after studying the case in detail. A blood investigation was done, and certain dietary changes were recommended.
Follow-Ups
At the first follow-up on 21st April 2022, the patient was 25 % better in her relief from heaviness and bloating. The intensity of the symptoms had reduced, but the symptoms’ duration i.e. 24 hours was as it is. The intensity of gastric headaches had reduced, but the frequency was as it is. The patient had not taken any painkillers or antacids.
At the follow-up on 2nd July 2022, the patient’s acidity had increased in the last 1 month with gastric headaches affecting ger thrice a week. Aliments were not known, and no changes in the diet were noticed.At the follow-up on 1st October 2022, the patient’s relief from acidity was 50% better. The patient was experiencing constipation. The intensity and frequency of headaches had reduced.
At the follow-up on 9th November 2022, the patient had found 80% better relief in motions. The patient had not experienced any episodes of bloating or gastric headaches.
When the patient gave a follow-up on 9th February 2023, the patient was 90% better in her relief from bloating and retrosternal burning. She still experienced some mild gastric headaches for 10 minutes on eating spicy food. The patient was overall better. She had not taken any painkillers and antacids after starting with Life Force’s medication.
Since no recurrence of symptoms occurred, her treatment was stopped.
Conclusion
